Spiced Mukimame

Mukimame are shelled edamame (soybeans). Frozen organic mukimame are quick and simple to prepare, making a delicious snack.  We usually just season them with a little sea salt, but I love them tossed with homemade seasoned salt. They're even delicious eaten cold!
