Easy Paleo Smoothies

These Paleo smoothies are Whole30 approved using whole food ingredients, including fruit and healthy fats. For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to each recipe.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Power Smoothie
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk Almond Breeze recommended
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup baby kale leaves
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • Blueberry Coconut Smoothie
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk full fat-from the can
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup baby kale leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds if using flax, I go with ground flax for better digestibility
  • ¼ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup orange juice freshly squeezed preferred, not from concentrate
  • Pumpkin Coconut Smoothie
  • 1 cup organic pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup coconut milk can do half coconut and half almond
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoon raw almond butter
  • Flax seeds 
  • ground cinnamon 
  • A few ice cubes

Instructions

  • The instructions for all three paleo smoothies are the same. Simply place the recipe ingredients into a blender, secure the lid in place and blend on high speed to combine.
  • For a thicker consistency smoothie, add more ice. For a thinner consistency, add more liquid (such as almond milk).
