Dark Chocolate Dipped Apricots

An easy dessert recipe made with dried apricots and melted dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 8 Dried Turkish apricots
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips at least 60% cacao

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave, stirring during cooking to prevent burning, until melted and glossy.
  • Dip each dried apricot into chocolate half way. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
  • Refrigerate apricots on the cookie sheet until chocolate has hardened.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
