½cuporganic agave nectaradjust the sweetness to your taste buds
½teaspoonvanilla extract
¼teaspoonsea salt
½cupshreddedunsweetened coconut
*can also add ¼ cup chopped nuts of your choice
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together cacao and coconut oil until smooth. Stir in agave nectar, sea salt and vanilla and mix well. Stir in coconut and add a bit more agave, if needed for desired sweetness. Mixture should be thick.
Drop by the the teaspoon onto wax paper or pour into molds and refrigerate until firm.
