Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla stevia drops or 1 packet granulated stevia
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend and enjoy
