This layered Tex-Mex dip is a delicious gluten-free dip that's easy to throw together for your next party made with black beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and sharp cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet McCormick Gluten-Free Chili Seasoning
  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 16 oz light sour cream can use half sour cream and half plain Greek yogurt
  • 15 oz can black beans, rinsed well and drained
  • 3 Roma tomatoes finely chopped
  • ½ bell pepper finely chopped
  • 3 oz can sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup diced pickled jalapeños drained
  • 8 oz reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese shredded from block
  • 2-3 green onions finely chopped

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chili seasoning in a large mixing bowl until smooth and blended
  • Spread cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 11x7 glass dish
  • Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours
  • Before serving top with remaining ingredients ending with cheese and green onions
  • Serve with tortilla chips for dipping
