This layered Tex-Mex dip is a delicious gluten-free dip that's easy to throw together for your next party made with black beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and sharp cheddar cheese.

1 packet McCormick Gluten-Free Chili Seasoning 8 oz light cream cheese 16 oz light sour cream can use half sour cream and half plain Greek yogurt 15 oz can black beans, rinsed well and drained 3 Roma tomatoes finely chopped ½ bell pepper finely chopped 3 oz can sliced black olives ¼ cup diced pickled jalapeños drained 8 oz reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese shredded from block 2-3 green onions finely chopped
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chili seasoning in a large mixing bowl until smooth and blended
Spread cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 11x7 glass dish
Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours
Before serving top with remaining ingredients ending with cheese and green onions
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping
