  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 28 g unflavored whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon powdered peanut butter such as PB Fit
  • *optional:
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground golden flaxseed
