Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole oats
  • 1/2 cup pure blueberry juice such as R.W. Knudsen brand
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground golden flaxseed
  • 1 tsp real maple syrup or maple sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries thawed

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients, except blueberries, in a bowl
  2. Microwave for 2 minutes, top with berries and serve.
