Hi Jo! The pizza sauce freezes beautifully. I portion it out into small freezer-safe containers and just thaw overnight before using it. I recommend making this sauce as written for best results. It calls for double the amount of tomato paste than you use for the pizza sauce and the addition of tomato sauce.
