In reply to Julie. Hi Julie! These are great warm or room temperature. For the best texture, I would recommend prepping them ahead of time, then popping them into the oven to bake before the party. They will be good at room temp, but I wouldn't recommend baking them in the morning and refrigerating them without popping them into the oven to warm/crisp up before serving. The texture of puff pastry is best after it's been freshly baked.

Hi. Want to make this for a shower. Can they be served room temperature or do you have to serve right away. Can I bake and store in the morning and then put out at noon? Look delicious.
