This was a great way to make a dish with spaghetti squash for my husband and I. The marinara with melted cheese and meatballs was so good. I even stirred in an egg and cottage cheese to the squash noodles. Gave it a bit more protein.

I made this for dinner last Wednesday and it was delicious! I’m pretty sure it’s my new favorite way to eat spaghetti squash! 🙂
