Hi Linda! Sorry, just seeing this. As long as the noodles weren’t dried out and stuck together, they would probably be ok with a quick rinse under cool water and drained. I hope that it turned out ok! Happy Holidays!

I had everything ready for this recipe, except the amounts of what to use. Realizing AFTER I cooked the noodles. I gave up, cooled and put noodles in fridge. Now I have found the recipe again, can I still use the noodles. I did not store them in an air right container though. They are in the strainer still, please help.

Hi Shawna! Did you let the pasta cool completely before adding to the cheese sauce? That could cause this. Other tips are making sure that you use freshly grated block cheese and not bagged shredded cheese for the best texture.

Excellent mac and cheese! My kiddo LOVES custardy Mac and Cheese and this one is great. I love the addition of the mustard to give a slight tangy flavor.
