Hi Christine! This is meant to be a thicker Southern-style pimento cheese spread, but you can add a bit more mayo (or even sour cream) for a creamier version. I also recommend letting it sit out to come to room temp (30 min- 1 hr) before serving to soften up the cream cheese. This will help make it more spreadable.]]></description>
