					<description><![CDATA[So simple and delicious!   I always love when I can make a meal with pantry staples so I don&#039;t have to go out and buy a bunch of ingredients.   This was easy enough for a busy weeknight but would make a beautiful dish to serve to company.   I served this on pasta with a side of roasted broccoli and crusty bread.  The only modification I made was to add a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce so it would stick to the pasta.]]></description>
