Hi Grace! If I were to use an oven method, I would sear the marinated tenderloin (pat it dry first) in a couple tablespoons of olive oil over medium high heat on both sides, then roast in a 400 degree F preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the internal temp is 140-145 degrees F. (145 is safe temp per the FDA). Tent with foil and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.]]></description>
