I’ve been making this cake for years and I’m just now getting around to giving you a rating. Everyone, and I repeat everyone loves this cake! It is so rich I can easily get 16 servings out of it. And, it’s very easy to make and hard to mess up. Also, I just realized looking at your pictures that I have chocolate mint growing in my garden and we’re serving this up for Thanksgiving tomorrow, so that would make a perfect garnish. Thanks again and I apologize for taking so long to review the recipe.

I don’t have macro calculations on my site right now. You can plug it into an app, like My Fitness Pal, for the macro counts. This is a decadent recipe, so I’m sure it’s high. 😉

Hi Joyce! It’s important to use the water bath for the best texture. I have to make sure that my pan is wrapped really well in foil before baking or it will leak.
