I am really enjoying the new Protein Granola from Nature Valley™. When I was a kid, I loved the original Oats ‘n Honey crunchy granola bars. When I’m on the run, I like quick grab-and-go snacks. This snack mix made with Nature Valley™ Protein Granola and raw mixed nuts and dried fruit is the perfect choice, a nice sweet and savory combo. You also get a good balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats.
Don’t forget to get plenty of protein in your diet. Shoot for 25-30 grams per meal. When it tastes this good, it’s easy to achieve!
