I am really enjoying the new Protein Granola from Nature Valley™. When I was a kid, I loved the original Oats ‘n Honey crunchy granola bars. I would much rather eat those than the chocolate chip or chewy ones. They were my absolute favorite! This new crunchy protein granola tastes just like my favorite classic granola bar, only better with added protein, in addition to healthy whole grains. Half a cup of this granola provides 10 grams of protein and 22-26 grams of whole grain, at least 48 grams of whole grain recommended daily. I am sharing a few of my favorite ways to enjoy this delicious new granola.

When I’m on the run, I like quick grab-and-go snacks. This snack mix made with Nature Valley™ Protein Granola and raw mixed nuts and dried fruit is the perfect choice, a nice sweet and savory combo. You also get a good balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats.
Don’t forget to get plenty of protein in your diet. Shoot for 25-30 grams per meal. When it tastes this good, it’s easy to achieve!
