EatLove takes recipes from my food blog Amee’s Savory Dish and creates well-balanced meal plans complete with nutrition info, smart grocery lists, and optimized prep schedules. You will also have the option of using recipes from other dietitians, chefs and other healthy living bloggers included in your plan.
Some of the other talented contributors include, Eating Bird Food, Chef Jonathan Waxman, Gluten-Free Girl, The Cookie Rookie, Bobby Flay, Garlic & Zest and more! Every recipe used in the plans are dietitian-reviewed and approved and include weekly views of essential nutrients and veggie servings.
