The marinade flavored this dish beautifully! I have never added a marinade to a dish, so this pop of flavor in the sauce was completely unexpected. Just the right amount of citrus and heat. I didn’t have any lemons, so I substituted with fresh limes. Using the jumbo shrimp with the tails on and adding them at the end kept them moist, plump and flavorful. I will definitely be making this again!
