I’ve had this recipe for a few months and finally decided to make it yesterday. I followed the recipe and it is amazing! I did leave the massaged kale in the fridge for a few hours before making the salad. I love kale and dates, so this was a no brainer. The dressing is light and refreshing, but with a bold kick. I will probably add some protein in the future to change it up a bit.

THIS is a keeper for all summer while I have baby kale growing! Always love dried fruits with savory dishes and this salad will fast become my favorite.
