Juicing is wonderful way to boost your immunity and feel amazing. You will have more energy, less cravings and feel satisfied between meals. I drink a glass of juice in the afternoon between lunch and dinner. It fills me up until dinner and provides my body with extra vitamins, minerals and enzymes. I’m sharing my favorite juicing recipe combination. The ginger is delicious here, has wonderful health benefits and adds a great flavor.
*Helpful tip: after peeling fresh ginger, wrap in plastic wrap and place into a small air-tight freezer container. Freeze and use when needed.
Keep in mind that drinking freshly pressed juice doesn’t provide the fiber that you’ll get from whole fruits and vegetables. It’s great to enjoy both as part of a healthy diet.
