Favorite Guacamole Recipe
3 ripe avocados
¼ cup cilantro leaves hard stems removed
1 small tomato seeded and diced
⅓ cup finely chopped onion red or white
juice of one small lime
½-1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno juice
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon coarse sea salt
*optional for heat: ½ jalapeno seeded and diced
Slice each avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out flesh and place in a medium-size bowl; use a fork and mash to combine. (a pastry blender works great for this) or in a mortar and pestle. Work remaining ingredients in until well mixed and serve in a carved pie pumpkin with tortilla chips....

𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗴𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻
12 hardboiled eggs
½ cup mayonnaise (I use the olive oil blend mayo)
2 teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoon yellow mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
*Optional: 1 tablespoon drained sweet relish
1 jar of pitted black olives for making the spiders
Peel the hardboiled eggs (I use an egg cooker to make them- and quick chill them in an ice bath to cool) and slice in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the yolks and place them into a medium-size bowl and place the whites onto a platter or serving tray. Mash the yolks with a fork and add all of the remaining ingredients, except for the olives, and mix well until filling is smooth. Scoop about a heaping teaspoonful of filling into each egg half.
𝗧𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:
Slice the black olives in half for the body and place the halves in the middle of each filled egg. Slice a whole olive in half, then each half into four thin strips for the legs. Place the legs onto each egg and serve or chill until ready to eat.

Credit to my friend, Jennifer, over at @thefitfork for this parfait inspiration! I thought it was genius that she adds peanut butter powder to Greek yogurt. Of course, I had to add a drizzle of melted peanut butter on top. 😋 I used the @oikos Pro Greek yogurt with 20 grams of protein to make this super quick & easy parfait that packs 30 grams of muscle-building goodness!👏 It’s the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or post-workout snack! Macros as made below: 354 calories/ 30G P/ 14G F/ 28G C and delicious! You can top with whatever fruit you like, berries, bananas, etc. I used @wymansfruit frozen wild blueberries quick thawed in the microwave.
•5.3 oz Oikos Pro vanilla Greek yogurt
•2 tablespoon peanut butter powder
•½ cup frozen wild blueberries, thawed
•1 teaspoon chia seeds
•1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, melted in the microwave for about 45 seconds
Stir the yogurt and peanut butter powder together until smooth. Pour into a parfait dish, top with berries and chia seeds. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top and enjoy! You can also assemble the parfait, cover, and refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight and enjoy cold.

½ cup whole oats
¾ cup milk of choice
28 grams chocolate whey protein isolate
2 teaspoon cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon real maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
Pour oats into a mason jar and set aside. In a shaker jar (or blender on low speed), combine milk, whey protein isolate, cocoa powder, vanilla, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until smooth and pour over the oats. Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, warm the peanut butter in the microwave for 30-40 seconds until it’s pourable and drizzle on top of the oats. Garnish with a few chocolate chips, if desired, and enjoy!...

Vinegar-based mustard BBQ sauce✨
This is my husband’s signature sauce and family recipe that everyone seems to love. If you’re a fan of vinegar BBQ sauce with some personality and amazing flavor, give this one a go! I had the best time this weekend coming together with @swift_meats and the fabulous @cmcoving at the Clemson vs NC State game whipping up this sauce and serving incredibly delicious BBQ sliders! They hosted an awesome tailgate serving pulled pork and brisket sliders and plenty of swag! My alma mater winning the game was the perfect ending to a great day!🏈
ASD Vinegar-Based Mustard BBQ Sauce
⅓ cup dijon mustard 2 tablespoon yellow mustard ¼ cup brown sugar ¾ cup apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon real maple syrup
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until smooth or add everything into a 16 oz mason jar, seal, and shake well to mix. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Sauce will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks. Use on your favorite pulled pork recipe. I’ve got one of those, too. 😉

Easy Cinnamon Apples
* 6 large apples-peeled, cored, and sliced into ½ inch slices
* 3 tbsp coconut sugar-you can also use maple sugar, Purecane zero calorie brown sugar sub, or your personal fav sweetener
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp real vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil, melted
* 1 tsp real maple syrup
Peel and slice the apples. Place the apple slices into a large (microwave/oven safe) glass bowl with a lid and top with remaining ingredients. Cover with the lid and microwave on high for 6 minutes. Stir until well mixed and cook another 4-6 minutes more. Let sit, covered, for 20-30 minutes and serve room temp, or reheat to serve warm. For the oven method: place them in an oven-proof dish, cover and cook at 350 degrees F. for 30-45 minutes, or until apples are soft.

It will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze the purée in an ice cube tray for smoothies.🥤Berries are a staple in my diet all year long, so I never let them go to waste. Especially with these grocery prices. 🤑
For a cup of berries add:
¼ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1-2 teaspoon sweetener (you can use up to a tablespoon if you like it sweeter)
Blend & enjoy on all the things!
