I really want one of those crockpots! I’ve seen them in multiple recipes (I’ve been doing a hefty amount of research on how to make sauerkraut before I take the jump into the deep end on fermentation) and so now I think I might have to pick one up! How big are they? Will they produce a bigger batch of sauerkraut than one of those large mason jars? Thank you for the great article!
