Jona, great point! I sprinkle the seasoning on top of the burgers before we grill them. You can also work it into the meat before making patties, but the amount will depend on how much seasoning you prefer. It’s really to personal taste preference. I hope that you enjoy it!

I’m not sure how much of this I’m supposed to use on 2.5 pounds of meat. Or is this supposed to be sprinkled on individual burgers before or after? You didn’t explain how to use your Seasoning!
