					<description><![CDATA[I just figured a 1/4 of a cup.  It looked to be about that amount with the total amount of hummus made.  I wanted to know how much I could have for that many calories per serving.  I wish recipes on Pinterest would have serving size and not just the number of servings. Hi Gina! I divide it into 10 servings using small glass containers, but you can easily adjust this according to your protein/calorie needs. My calculator is built in to my recipe card and is a close estimation. If you need detailed macro info, I&#039;d suggest plugging the recipe into a tracking app, like My Fitness Pal and splitting it up into servings according to your goals.]]></description>
