Five stars! Sorry the screen won’t let me highlight 5???My daughter just got diagnosed with Celiac disease and the transition has been hard as she LOVED bread! She saw this type of muffin at a coffee shop and said man I wish those were gluten free and I told her I bet I can make them. Found your recipe and she loved them! Made her so happy. Thanks!!!
