Very good! Thank you for the healthier version of a zucchini muffin. Not too sweet yet flavorful AND moist. I used the unsweetened applesauce, raisins, pecans, and light brown sugar. I will definitely make these again.

These were so delicious! I was really surprised at how moist they were. I followed the directions exactly as written. I had zucchini and carrots from my garden that I wanted to use and found your recipe. I will be making them again! Thank you!
