In reply to Marianne. Hi Marianne! That actually sounds delicious! I would either serve the chicken over the stuffing (down here in the South, we do cornbread dressing and this would be delicious on top!), or you can pound out the breasts, dredge them, stuff, and cook as directed. If you try it, please let me know how it turns out!
