The marinade flavored this dish beautifully! I have never added a marinade to a dish, so this pop of flavor in the sauce was completely unexpected. Just the right amount of citrus and heat. I didn't have any lemons, so I substituted with fresh limes. Using the jumbo shrimp with the tails on and adding them at the end kept them moist, plump and flavorful. I will definitely be making this again!

Hi Dina! Oh no, what kind of pan/baking dish did you use? I used a ceramic baking dish on the center rack and did not have this issue. It could be that the pan material conducted more heat, so they cooked faster. I'll retest this one this week and see how it does on a lower heat setting. Thank you for the feedback!

Hi Amee, I would recommend to turn the temp to 375 or 400, as the current recipe burnt my sausages. Thanks!

In reply to <a href="https://ameessavorydish.com/meal-prep-made-easy/comment-page-1/#comment-36560">Adam</a>.

Hi Adam! Using divided meal prep containers is helpful for keeping sauces/ ingredients separated. However, it's not the most convenient when things need to be heated up separately for different cooking times, etc. I use small sauce containers if I want to keep the sauce or dressing separate from the dish. It does mean extra containers/lids, but that's what works well for me.
