Hi Joan! I haven&#039;t tried it that way, but you definitely could. I would do 400 degrees F in a baking dish for 10 min, flip, and do 10-15 minutes more (depending on the size of your breasts.) I recommend a meat thermometer that you insert into the chicken and pull it when it reaches 165 degrees. After you remove it from the oven, place them on a plate and tent with foil to rest for 5-10 minutes.]]></description>
