Excellent recioe. i made it with “00” Italian flour amd melted butter, but otherwise followed it exactly. turned out perfect crepes, and the filling was great too! You do very good work Amee!

These crepes were a success in our house! They are easy to make and I love the high protein content. I topped with fresh berries as recommended. So delicious!!
