My husband has been enjoying his Blackstone so when we bought some farm fresh corn, he wanted to cook it on the griddle but recipes that said to put the shucked corn directly on the griddle seemed likely to burn the kernels. Then I found this recipe so we tried it and perfection!!! Looking forward to trying this recipe with all kinds of seasonings. Thanks so much!
