This tropical key lime protein shake is a great way to fuel your body as part of a healthy breakfast, lunch, or quick protein-packed snack made with unsweetened almond milk, key lime Greek yogurt, whey protein, and tropical fruits.
Protein Shakes Are A Great Quick Meal
Protein shakes are my go-to meal on the run. I love this tropical citrus flavor combo and you get a nice probiotic boost from the Greek yogurt.
Ingredients You'll Need:
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 5.3 oz container Key Lime Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon unflavored protein powder
- 1 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ frozen banana
- 3-4 ice cubes
Throw it all in a blender and enjoy!

Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
