This is a clean-eating recipe that I love! Simple ingredients with great results. Roasting the sweet potatoes give them a wonderful sweet, caramelized taste and I love the spicy kick from the chili powder. You can also use a Sriracha seasoning instead of the chili powder for a great flavor boost.
Roasted Sweet Potato Fries
4 large sweet potatoes, peeled
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Cut up the sweet potatoes in thick strips.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Spray a shallow roasting pan with olive oil spray. Combine sweet potatoes with oil in a large Ziploc bag. Shake to coat. Spread out on a roasting pan and sprinkle with chili powder and sea salt. Bake for 30-40 min until golden and slightly browned. Stir a couple of times during cooking to cook evenly.
