You might be wondering where I’ve been, lately. I dropped off the radar a few weeks ago to spend the last couple of weeks before school started with my kiddos (time is going WAY too fast….I blinked and they are both taller than me now). I’ve also been up to something really, really good over the last several months that I can’t wait to share with all of you! I’m embarking on new adventures in health and fitness and launching my new healthy living website and fitness biz WholeFit360.com!
I must be crazy taking on another website, but it’s something that I’m incredibly passionate about, so it needed to happen. I thought about rebranding this blog to fit more of a health and fitness theme, but it just didn’t seem right. This blog is really ALL ABOUT THE FOOD and I can’t change that for all of my readers.
WholeFit36o.com is a place where I’ll share more fitness-related content. I’ll also have some fit recipes, workouts, fitness tips and guest blog posts from experts in the field of nutrition and exercise. I’m really excited about what’s to come and having a new piece of web real estate to share all of these cool things with you.
You will occasionally find new recipes on WholeFit360 that you won’t see here, like this Healthy French Toast. This is one of my favorite fit breakfast meals!
